  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.
  • Every cutting board is unique, and will not be the same as the product photo. 

5. Refunds and Returns:

  • Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged, as outlined in our refund policy. Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving a damaged item for assistance.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the error is ours.

6. Product Use:

  • Our cutting boards are intended for personal use.
  • We are not liable for any misuse or unintended application of our products.
