Refund policy

Refunds:

Non-Refundable Situations:
- Order Errors: Orders made with incorrect details due to customer error will not be eligible for a refund unless the mistake is reported before production begins.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Items that have been used or show normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
