Refund policy

Refunds:

    • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item for verification.
  3. Approval and Processing:
    • Once verified, we will notify you of the refund approval and process your refund within 1-10 business days.
    • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  1. Order Errors: Orders made with incorrect details due to customer error will not be eligible for a refund unless the mistake is reported before production begins.
  2. Normal Wear and Tear: Items that have been used or show normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.
